These rates only apply for direct, point-to-point airport transfers within 25-30 minutes of the airport.

Special Event Cancellation Policy :

*** For special events including World Cup and the Olympics, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to service for a full refund.

*** Special event cancellations are strictly enforced.

*** No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of service.

Flight Changes / No-Show :

*** Canceled flights or missed connections must be reported at least 5 hours prior to pickup time to avoid a NO-SHOW.

*** NO-SHOW or cancellations within 4 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Hourly Service Minimums :

Special event minimum hours may differ.

Sedan: 3 hrs weekdays / 4 hrs weekends

SUV: 4 hrs weekdays / 5 hrs weekends

Sprinter: 5 hrs weekdays / 6 hrs weekends

Minibus / Motorcoach: 6-hour minimum

NOTE: Due to high vehicle demand, reservations for some special events, including but not limited to holidays, large conventions, and prom services, cannot be cancelled and are not refundable unless otherwise indicated on your trip confirmation.
