AIRPORT RATES
*** PLUS GRATUITY, TAXES, SURCHARGES

These rates only apply for direct, point-to-point airport transfers within 25-30 minutes of the airport.

Special Event Cancellation Policy :

*** For special events including World Cup and the Olympics, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to service for a full refund.

*** Special event cancellations are strictly enforced.

*** No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of service.

Flight Changes / No-Show :

*** Canceled flights or missed connections must be reported at least 5 hours prior to pickup time to avoid a NO-SHOW.

*** NO-SHOW or cancellations within 4 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Hourly Service Minimums :

Special event minimum hours may differ.

Sedan: 3 hrs weekdays / 4 hrs weekends

SUV: 4 hrs weekdays / 5 hrs weekends

Sprinter: 5 hrs weekdays / 6 hrs weekends

Minibus / Motorcoach: 6-hour minimum

Policies & Conditions Payment

The total reservation balance will be charged after the service.

For special events such as the Oscars, Grammys, Coachella, Super Bowl, World Cup, and the Olympics, 50 % payment is required at the time of booking.

Chauffeur Contact

Your chauffeur will contact you prior to pick up via call or text. Please respond to avoid delays.

Airport Pickups (Sprinter / Mini-Bus)

For Sprinter Vans and Mini-Buses, chauffeurs cannot meet inside the terminal. A greeter is available upon request (additional charge applies).

Vehicle Responsibility:

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passenger.

A minimum $350+ cleaning fee will apply for trash, spills, smoking, vaping, marijuana odor, vomit, or excessive mess.

No Smoking or Vaping / Service Animals.:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Service animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Alcohol & Drug Policy:

Alcohol is prohibited in all Sedan's, SUVs, and Sprinters.

Drug use is prohibited in all vehicles.

Minors (under 21) may not possess alcohol or drugs.

If any violation occurs, the chauffeur has the right to terminate service immediately without refund.

Service Limitations

Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their seating capacity.

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, detours, road closures, unsafe conditions, or items left in the vehicle.

Waiting time charges apply after the grace period of 20 minutes.

GLS reserves the right to substitute or upgrade vehicles if necessary.

Child Car Seats

Complimentary child car seats are available upon request.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm proper installation for safety.
